The guide

How to choose a restaurant in Orlando

01Michelin runs through the list

All seven restaurants appear in the 2026 MICHELIN Guide Florida, at different levels. Victoria & Albert's, Soseki and Kadence each hold one star, Bombay Street Kitchen and Domu carry a Bib Gourmand, and Capa and Kabooki Sushi are listed as recommended. Victoria & Albert's also holds Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five Diamond status for 2026.

02Resort tables or neighborhood rooms

Two of the seven sit on resort property in Lake Buena Vista: Victoria & Albert's inside Disney's Grand Floridian and Capa on the 17th floor of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando. The other five are in town, in Audubon Park, on East Colonial Drive, on South Orange Blossom Trail and on West Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park.

03Spending from $$ to $$$$

Price levels across the seven cover the full range. Bombay Street Kitchen and Domu sit at $$, Kabooki Sushi at $$$, and Victoria & Albert's, Soseki, Kadence and Capa at $$$$. The two $$ picks, an Indian street-food kitchen and a ramen bar, are the Bib Gourmand pair, Michelin's mark for good cooking at moderate prices.

04Japanese counters lead the styles

Three of the seven are Japanese: Soseki runs a 10-seat omakase counter, Kadence an 8-seat sushi and kappo counter, and Kabooki Sushi serves omakase and kaiseki-style meals. The rest are a contemporary tasting menu at Victoria & Albert's, Indian street food at Bombay Street Kitchen, ramen at Domu and a Spanish-influenced steakhouse at Capa.
